The Autel MaxiDas DS808 update licence extends your entitlement to software updates for the DS808 for one year. The DS808 is the wired base model in the DS808 range, with coverage of more than eighty vehicle makes. The device reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes, displays live data, controls actuators and performs adaptations and matching, with intelligent VIN recognition as the starting point. While the licence is active, every new software version arrives through the update menu on the device itself.
We link the licence to the serial number of your DS808 and process it within one working day; you do not need to register anything yourself. A renewal keeps the vehicle make coverage and the service procedures current; TPMS and immobiliser remain at base level. When the licence expires, the DS808 continues to operate on the last installed version and reading, clearing and live data functions work normally on already supported vehicles, but new versions cannot be installed.

How does it work in practice?
From order to updated device, there are four steps. The serial number is the only thing you need to locate yourself.
