The Jaltest 50105219 is the AdBlue and DEF cleaning kit for agricultural machinery, construction and earthmoving equipment and internal transport. The case contains the same 1.5-litre stainless steel pressure vessel for fluid up to 60 °C, two black connection hoses and a spray bottle, supplemented with a portable refractometer in its own storage box. The case weighs 4,600 grams and measures 380 x 430 x 154 mm.
AdBlue and DEF are a urea solution in water. If a machine sits idle for long periods or the line dries out, then crystallises that urea precipitates and blocks the dosing module, the line and the injector. With the pressure vessel you flush that blockage through; with the refractometer you check in advance whether the fluid in the working tank of the machine still has the correct concentration. If there is too much water or the wrong fluid in it, the fault will simply return after cleaning.

Applications and functionality
The urea crystallisation always occurs at the same three locations in the dosing circuit. This kit addresses those points sequentially, using the pressure vessel as source and the black connection hoses as the connection to the dosing module. In addition, you check with the refractometer the fluid in the working tank of the machine.
How to use the kit
- Flushing the dosing module: The pressure vessel forces the rinsing fluid through the internal channels of the module, loosening hardened urea deposits and restoring valve movement.
- Clearing the injector line: The line between module and injector clogs first, as fluid sits stagnant there and dries out.
- Cleaning the injector: A blocked spray nozzle produces an incorrect spray pattern in the exhaust; flushing restores proper atomisation.
- Checking fluid: The refractometer reads the concentration of the urea solution and automatically compensates for temperature, so you know whether the fluid in the tank is still fit for purpose.

- NoNOx with Emitec: MAN TGL, TGM, TGS and TGX, and Euro 6 buses equipped with the Emitec system.
- Emitec with Cummins: The Emitec system in vehicles powered by a Cummins engine.
- Albonair: Volvo, Renault, UD Trucks and other Euro 6 vehicles.
- Bosch Denoxtronic 2.2 and 6-HD: DAF, Iveco, MAN, other Euro 6 vehicles, agricultural machinery and off-road equipment.
