As the successor to the T-Ninja 1000, the T-Ninja Pro features a more powerful architecture, a larger screen, and broader function support. The system is built around a robust 8-inch touchscreen tablet with the stable Android 11 operating system, enabling smooth performance during intensive work in key and diagnostic practice. The T-Ninja Pro combines immobilizer functions, key learning procedures, PIN code reading, and basic diagnostics in one compact device, making it suitable for automotive key specialists, garages, and locksmiths.

Communication with the vehicle takes place via a wireless Bluetooth VCI dongle, ensuring a stable connection and full freedom of movement in the workshop. The device performs almost all programming via the OBDII port, without requiring EEPROM removal, soldering, or disassembly. The system is standard delivered with two years of free software updates, providing access to the latest algorithms, models, and system protocols. After this period, the system continues to operate on the last installed version; access to future updates requires a annual license renewal.

Key programming functions:

The T-Ninja Pro is specifically developed for professional key and immobilizer programming and offers in-depth functions for a very broad vehicle coverage, including support for modern systems with secure access.

• Read PIN code: Reads the immobilizer PIN code (security code) of the vehicle via OBD. This code is necessary to program keys or remote controls, with support for, among others, Opel, Nissan, Hyundai, Peugeot, and Fiat.
• Add keys (Add Key): Adds an extra key or remote control to the system when there is still a working key available. The procedure is quick, brand-specific, and usually without disassembly.
• All keys lost (All Keys Lost): Programs a completely new set of keys when all original keys are lost. The T-Ninja Pro guides the user through the entire programming process.
• Program remote control: Reprograms the central locking system when replacing a remote control or in case of function loss.
• Erase keys: Removes lost or stolen keys from the ECU memory. This prevents old keys from starting the vehicle, which is essential for security and ownership transfer.
• Read number of keys: Checks the exact number of keys currently programmed in the vehicle's system, useful for second-hand purchases or checking for unauthorized keys.

Cloud and reporting functions:

The T-Ninja Pro features basic reporting and online support functions, allowing users to document diagnoses and easily access external resources.

• Diagnostic reports: Generates clear reports of performed OBD2 diagnostics and executed service functions, including fault codes, module information, and performed actions. The reports can be saved, viewed, and shared from internal memory or via USB.

• Topdon T-Darts: A powerful expansion module that transforms the T-Ninja Pro into a bench programming station. Ideal for workshops that also want to prepare keys and transponders outside the vehicle.
  • Recognizing transponder chips: Reads the type, the ID, and the status of more than 100 different transponders, including common formats for vehicles from Asian, European, and American brands.
  • Detecting frequency: Recognizes the transmission frequency of remote controls, supporting 300 to 915 MHz. This allows compatibility issues to be quickly identified.
  • Generating transponders: Convert blank transponders to the correct type, depending on the vehicle brand and model. This enables keys to be pre-configured before the learning process.
