The Jaltest JDC115.9 is the diagnostic cable for Carrier refrigeration units; it connects the 3-pin connector on the cooling unit to the 26-pin DB26 port on the Jaltest Link. This connector is located on the refrigeration unit itself, at the control module, and because the cable connects directly to the Link's DB26 port, you won't need any additional adapter cables.
Through this connection, your diagnostic equipment accesses the control module of the refrigeration unit and therefore Carrier MAXIMA/ULTRA, VECTOR and VECTOR 1350 units. Jaltest reads fault codes, live data and ECU information from these units; with the VECTOR 1350, maintenance data is also included. Since refrigeration units have never had a standardized diagnostic connector, Carrier uses a different connector for each unit generation. This cable falls under Jaltest CV (commercial vehicles).

Control units you can access
- Carrier MAXIMA/ULTRA: Refrigeration unit control with fault codes, measured values, and ECU data.
- Carrier VECTOR: Refrigeration unit control with fault codes, measured values, and ECU data.
- Carrier VECTOR 1350: Same as above, plus maintenance information.
What you can do
- Read fault codes: Retrieve the fault memory from the refrigeration unit control.
- View measured values: Current sensor readings from the refrigeration unit, with alerts when values fall outside range.
- Maintenance data: For VECTOR 1350, view maintenance intervals and generate a service report.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The connector type is what matters, not the model. This cable fits any refrigerated trailer or refrigerated semi-trailer with a Carrier refrigeration unit featuring a 3-pin diagnostic connection; check which connector your unit has on-site.

- Refrigerated trailers and refrigerated semi-trailers with a Carrier refrigeration unit with 3-pin diagnostic connection
- Chassis brand is not a factor: The cable follows the refrigeration unit, not the trailer manufacturer
