Ik was aan het vechten met een uitleescomputer en kwam niet goed uit de installatie. ‘s Avonds een appje gestuurd en niet verwacht meteen een antwoord te krijgen. Maar dat gebeurde wel en 5 minuten later hadden ze online mijn uitleescomputer overgenomen en me door de hele installatie heen geholpen.
