The Jaltest 75201004 is the software activation of Jaltest GSE, the diagnostic module for ground support equipment at airports. It is a one-time purchase: This activation unlocks the GSE software on your Jaltest equipment and remains valid thereafter, without expiration date. We link the activation to the serial number of your Jaltest Link and activate it within one business day after your order.

With this activation alone you can not yet diagnosed. You have four components required: The Jaltest Link, the software activation, the software license for the first year (75201005) and a active Jaltest OHW subscription. GSE is namely only available as an add-on to OHW; without that module, purchase is not possible. From the second year onwards, the GSE license continues with the update-license (75301002).

IMPORTANT NOTES

✕You need both the software license (75201005) and an active Jaltest OHW subscription. Without these two, you cannot purchase or use GSE.
✕The Jaltest Link is mandatory. Without this interface, the software will not start on your computer.
✕The software requires registration every six months, even if the license is still valid. If registration is not completed, the software will be blocked.
✕When placing your order, provide the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field; without that number, we cannot activate the license.

Applications and Features

Jaltest GSE is the module for ground support equipment at airports and is new from software version 25.1. This activation unlocks that module; what you do with it next depends on the equipment and cable you use.

What the GSE module covers

  • Ground support equipment: The vehicles and equipment used at airports for ground handling operations.

What you can do

  • System scan: Display all control units present and identify where faults are located.
  • Read and clear fault codes: Access the fault memory for each control unit, with descriptions of the faults.
  • Measurement values and live data: Request sensor readings and monitor them in real time while the equipment is running or operating.
  • Component control: Deliberately activate valves and actuators to determine whether a fault is in the component itself or in the wiring.
  • System tests: Perform controlled tests of specific vehicle systems.
  • Maintenance resets: Reset service and maintenance intervals.

What you'll need

For GSE, you need four components. This activation is one of them; the complete setup is listed below.

  • Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, and also needed to launch the software on a PC.
  • Active Jaltest OHW subscription: The activation (29308) with a current license (74001014). GSE cannot be purchased without OHW.
  • Software activation (75201004): This product. One-time purchase, remains valid indefinitely.
  • Software license first year (75201005): The annual license you'll use for your work.
  • Update license (75301002): From year two onwards, for continued access and new software versions.
  • Diagnostic cables: By brand or system, sold individually or as cable sets.

GSE is an add-on to Jaltest OHW (29308): You work in the same software using the same Jaltest Link, but gain coverage for ground support equipment. When your OHW subscription expires, GSE access ends as well.

Good to know: When your annual license expires, diagnostics will continue to work on the last installed software version — you won't lose access to your equipment, but won't receive new vehicle coverage. If you renew within fifteen days of the expiration date, the new period runs from that expiration date; after that, it begins on the renewal date. Include the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the order notes field.
