The Jaltest JDC633A is the adapter cable that connects the 6-pin diagnostic connector of Tohatsu outboard motors to a standard 16-pin OBD2 interface. On the engine side, the 6-pin connector plugs in under the engine cover, while the interface side features the 16-pin OBD2 connection for the Jaltest Link. Tohatsu uses the same 6-pin form factor across two power classes: this cable matches the pin configuration of the 40-60 hp models, while the JDC632 version covers 10-20 hp.

This cable routes the outboard motor's communication lines through to the Jaltest Link, establishing direct communication with the onboard control unit. This gives your diagnostic equipment access to the engine control module ECM (Engine Control Module) on the MFS 40, MFS 50, and MFS 60, including fault codes, live data readings, component actuation, and service interval reset. Parameter configuration and calibration are not supported on this engine control unit. The cable falls under Jaltest Marine.
