The Jaltest 70607003 is the software activation for Iveco SGW unlocking per device, which gives Jaltest software access to Iveco Daily vehicles with Security Gateway. We link the activation to the serial number of your Jaltest Link and activate it within one business day after your order. The activation runs through 31 December of the current year, not twelve months from your purchase.

With this activation alone you cannot yet diagnose. Iveco requires two activations: This per-device activation (70607003) and the per-company activation (70607002). Either one alone does not grant access. Additionally, you need a Jaltest device with an active license. For the next calendar year, you renew with the update license (78500002).

IMPORTANT NOTES

✕You also need the company-level activation (70607002).Either one alone will not grant access to the Security Gateway.
✕The Jaltest Link is mandatory, with an active license on your Jaltest device. Without this interface, the software won't launch on your PC.
✕The software requires registration every six months, even if your license is still valid. If you skip registration, the software will be locked.
✕When placing your order, provide the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field; without that number, we cannot complete the activation.

Applications and Features

The Iveco SGW unlock gives your Jaltest software access to the secure diagnostic port on Iveco Daily vehicles equipped with a Security Gateway. This activation is the device-specific component; what you can do with it depends on the vehicle and cable you use.

What this module covers

  • Iveco Daily with Security Gateway: Access to control units protected behind the SGW.
  • One Jaltest Link: The activation is tied to the serial number we assign it to and cannot be transferred to another interface.
  • Connection: Via the JDC407A adapter cable on the ST15 connector of the Iveco Daily.

What you can do

  • Read and clear fault codes: Including those on control units behind the Security Gateway.
  • Control components: Bidirectional tests on sensors, actuators, and modules.
  • Measurement values and live data: Retrieve sensor readings and monitor them in real time.
  • Parameters and calibrations: Write settings and perform calibration procedures after repairs.
  • Maintenance resets: Reset service and maintenance intervals.

What you'll need

Both activations are required to access the Iveco Security Gateway. This activation is one of them; the complete setup is outlined below.

  • Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface with an active license on your Jaltest device.
  • Software activation per device (70607003): This product. Valid through December 31 of the current year.
  • Software activation per company (70607002): Required in addition to this activation.
  • Update license per device (78500002): The renewal for the following calendar year.
  • JDC407A extension cable: For the ST15 connector on the Iveco Daily. Not included.

The company-level renewal is handled through 78500001. Like the activations, these two renewals go together: request them as a package.

💡
Good to know: If the activation expires on December 31, the module will be locked and your access to the Security Gateway will be revoked. You can renew between November 1 and December 15; after that, you'll need to purchase a new activation only. Include your Jaltest Link serial number in the order notes field.
