The Jaltest OBD202 is the diagnostic cable that connects the 3-pin OBD1 connector of Iveco commercial vehicles to the Jaltest Link. On the vehicle side, the manufacturer's proprietary 3-pin connector is located in the cab, while the interface side features the 16-pin OBD2 connector for your Jaltest diagnostic cable.

This cable routes the vehicle's communication lines to the Jaltest Link, enabling direct communication with the onboard control units. This gives your diagnostic equipment access to the engine control EDC M7, the braking systems ABS C3 and ABS Knorr-Bremse, the ECAS air suspension in all its variants, the retarders Intarder KWP and EST-32, and the WTEC III Allison automatic transmission. The 16-pin OBD2 connector only became mandatory for trucks with Euro IV (October 2005); Jaltest itself limits this adapter to Iveco vehicles from before 1998. The cable falls under Jaltest CV (commercial vehicles).

IMPORTANT NOTES

✕Which systems are present varies by model: The WTEC III Allison automatic transmission is only fitted to vehicles with that gearbox.

✕Requires a Jaltest Link with valid CV license; the cable does not add coverage on its own.
