The Thinkcar Thinktool Master HD Package is a specialized expansion kit for the Thinktool Master HD tablet, designed to extend diagnostic capabilities across a wide range of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. The package includes the robust Thinkdiag HML VCI (Heavy Duty Vehicle Communication Interface) and a comprehensive set of vehicle-specific adapter cables, enabling communication with trucks, buses, agricultural equipment and heavy machinery.
The HD Package is perfect for workshops that already own a Thinktool Master (for passenger vehicles) and want to upgrade with full support for the HD vehicle lineup. Thanks to its modular design, the system is immediately compatible with your existing Thinktool tablet, and provides access to OEM-level system diagnostics, active testing, service procedures and more — including support for vehicles with a 24V electrical system.

The HD Package enables the Thinktool Master to diagnose heavy-duty vehicles including trucks, buses, agricultural equipment and construction machinery. Key capabilities:
- Complete system diagnostics: Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes from all available systems: engine, transmission, ABS, EBS, AdBlue and more.
- Live data display: Real-time sensor readings and system information, shown graphically or numerically and recordable for later review.
- Active tests (bi-directional): Control components such as injectors, fuel pumps or cooling fans directly to verify their operation.
- Service functions: Over 30 maintenance procedures including DPF regeneration, EGR reset, injector coding, AdBlue reset and transmission adjustments.
- ECU coding and programming: Learn new components or adjust vehicle settings (brand-dependent).
