The Autool PT620 is a digital oil pressure tester for accurately diagnosing engine oil pressure. The instrument features a large 2.8-inch LCD display with backlight that shows readings to two decimal places. The measurement range is 0–29.4 bar (0–426.6 psi / 0–30 kg/cm²), making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles.

The PT620 offers advanced features such as simultaneous display of current, minimum, maximum, and differential pressure. The system can store up to 6 sets of test data for later analysis. The kit includes a reinforced oil-resistant hose and an angled quick coupler for accessing hard-to-reach oil pressure sensors. All components come in a sturdy carrying case.

IMPORTANT NOTES

✕For engine oil systems — for transmission fluid, choose the PT650.

✕Engine at operating temperature — accurate readings require warm oil (thinner viscosity).

✕Unscrew oil pressure sensor — temporarily replace the original sensor with the adapter.

💡

Tip: Measure at both idle and ~3000 rpm. Compare against manufacturer specifications — a healthy engine oil system typically shows 1–2 bar at warm idle and 4–5 bar at higher RPM.
