The Jaltest JDC562A is the adapter cable between the 4-pin diagnostic connector for forklifts Toyota Material Handling and the 16-pin OBD2 of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. The vehicle side features the 4-pin connector, while the interface side has the 16-pin OBD2 plug. The connection point is located in the cabin, near the driver's seat.
Behind this single connector lies the control units that Toyota builds its trucks around: The engine control unit BC, which both diesel and electric versions rely on, and additionally the engine control EMS Toyota Denso 1ZS of diesel trucks and the modules Zapi TPM and Zapi PUMP of electric trucks. Which of these units you encounter depends on the drivetrain: An electric truck has completely different modules than a diesel truck. Forklifts are not subject to OBD requirements, which is why this 4-pin connector continues to be used on newer trucks as well. The cable falls under Jaltest MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
