The Jaltest WST (Wear Sensor Tester) is a diagnostic tester for checking the operation and condition of wear sensors on brake pads of commercial vehicles. This portable device is equipped with a built-in, rechargeable battery and an LCD screen that directly displays measurement values such as voltage, wear percentage, and the K-factor. The tester is designed for workshop use to verify the sensor status without the need to disassemble the wheel.
The device supports both 2-wire and 3-wire sensors and is compatible with systems from leading manufacturers. In addition to reading sensor values, the WST also checks the electrical installation between the sensor and the ECU. A two-color LED indicator (green/red) provides a quick visual indication of the sensor status. Charging the internal battery is done via a USB connection.

The Jaltest WST is developed for diagnosing and checking wear sensors on brake pads of commercial vehicles. The tester allows verification of the sensor status and the associated installation.

- Reading values: Displays the wear percentage, voltage, and K-factor of the sensor on the integrated LCD screen.
