The Jaltest JDC107.9B is the connection cable between the Jaltest Link V9 and your computer or laptop, in the USB-C version. On one end is the connector for the Link V9, on the other end the USB-C connector for your laptop; the cable is 177 cm long, the same as the USB-B version JDC107.9. The only difference from that version is the connector on the computer side, designed for laptops that only have USB-C ports.
This connection establishes the data link between the interface and the diagnostic software, allowing you to run a diagnostic session with a fixed cable instead of wirelessly. Which control units you can then access depends on the vehicle and the modules in your license; for the vehicle itself you'll also need a separate diagnostic cable. Because the cable belongs to the interface and not to a vehicle brand, it's compatible with every active Jaltest module (CV, AGV, OHW, MHE, Marine and GSE).
