As an evolution of the popular IM508, the IM508S features a faster processor, more internal memory, and a more modern Android environment, resulting in faster performance and a smoother user experience. The robust 7-inch touchscreen tablet offers a clear interface with step-by-step instructions, allowing even less experienced users to confidently perform complex key procedures.

Communication with the vehicle is via a wired OBD2 connection, providing maximum stability during IMMO procedures. The IM508S comes standard with the XP200 key and chip programmer, suitable for most transponder applications. For more advanced functions, such as IC reading, key verification, or Mercedes IR programming, an upgrade to the XP400 Pro is available – bringing the device practically to the level of an IM608 Pro. Purchase includes one year of free software updates. After this period, the device continues to function fully on the last installed version; a paid license is required for future updates and access to cloud features.
