The Autool CT500 GDI is an advanced injector tester and cleaner that combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with microcomputer-controlled oil pressure regulation. The device is designed for thorough cleaning and testing of gasoline injectors, including GDI, EFI, FSI, and conventional systems. With the ability to clean and test six injectors simultaneously, the CT500 GDI is ideal for use in workshops and garages.
The CT500 GDI supports various test modes, including idle speed, medium speed, high speed, acceleration, and more. The device detects the uniformity of the injection volume and checks the spray pattern of each injector using backlighting, ensuring thorough diagnosis. Additionally, the device supports on-vehicle cleaning, allowing injectors to be cleaned without disassembly.
Functions:
- Ultrasonic Cleaning: Removes stubborn carbon deposits and dirt from injectors using ultrasonic waves, ensuring optimal fuel atomization.
- Injector Test: Simulates various engine conditions to assess injector performance, including tests at idle, medium and high speeds, as well as acceleration and leak tests.
- Uniformity test: Checks the uniformity of fuel injection of each injector and monitors the spray pattern using backlighting.
- Backflushing: Provides the ability to flush injectors in reverse direction, which helps remove stubborn blockages.
- Support for GDI injectors: Compatible with both standard 12V injectors and 70V and 120V GDI injectors, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles.
