Foxwell I50TS Car Diagnostic Tool

The Foxwell i50TS is a professional all-in-one Diagnostic Tool with integrated TPMS functionality for reading, activating, and programming tire pressure sensors. The device combines extensive diagnostic capabilities, maintenance functions, and TPMS service in one compact Android-based tablet with a 5.5-inch touchscreen. Thanks to the wireless VCI module, there is complete freedom of movement around the vehicle during use.

The i50TS supports more than 80 vehicle brands worldwide and is suitable for both universal and brand-specific workshops. The device uses regular updates via WiFi to keep vehicle coverage up to date. The license for software updates and vehicle coverage is permanently included — so there is no annual renewal cost required. This makes the device particularly cost-efficient in the long term, especially for workshops working with various vehicle types and regularly performing TPMS service.

Diagnostic functions:

• Full system diagnosis: Reads and clears fault codes in all electronic modules of the vehicle, including engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, steering, climate control, and body electronics.
• Live data analysis: Displays real-time data from sensors such as engine speed, coolant temperature, MAP sensor, lambda values, etc. The data can be shown in text, graph, or combined format.
• Actuator tests (bi-directional): Performs active tests on electronic components such as fans, relays, injectors, and EGR valves to check the operation of individual parts.
• Freeze Frame data: Shows recorded data stored by the ECU at the moment of fault detection, such as sensor values, engine speed, and load, for accurate fault analysis.
• Retrieve ECU information: Displays identification data of the control units, including software version, serial number, and OEM part numbers.
• AutoVIN recognition: Automatically recognizes the vehicle identification number and selects the correct make and model for faster diagnosis.
• Quick test / Auto-scan: Performs an automatic scan of all available modules and provides an overview of present fault codes and system statuses.

TPMS functions:

• Sensor activation: Activates OEM and aftermarket TPMS sensors with 315 MHz and 433 MHz frequency to read their status and check communication with the vehicle.
• Reading sensor data: Reads sensor information such as tire pressure, temperature, battery status, unique ID, frequency, and sensor signal status.
• Sensor programming: Programs Foxwell T20 TPMS sensors to replace defective or unavailable original sensors. Both copying existing ID and manual input are supported.
• Sensor cloning: Copies the original sensor ID to a new sensor to leave vehicle settings untouched. Prevents the need for a relearn procedure.
• OBD relearn function: Writes new sensor IDs directly into the TPMS system via OBD connection. Suitable for vehicles where automatic or manual learning procedures are not available.
• Manual relearn procedure: Guides the user through brand- and model-dependent learning procedures via vehicle instructions (for example via dashboard, key cycle, or tire pressure).
• TPMS error code reading and clearing: Reads error codes from the TPMS control unit and clears them after correct reprogramming or sensor replacement.

Maintenance and service functions:

• Oil and service light reset: Resetting maintenance indicators after oil change or inspection, including support for vehicles with one-button reset or manual procedure.
• Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) reset: Deactivating and resetting the EPB system for maintenance or replacement of brake components.
• Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) calibration: Calibrating the steering angle sensor after alignment or replacement of steering components for correct operation of ESC/ESP systems.
• Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration: Activating forced regeneration cycle of the DPF system after maintenance or clogging.
• Injector coding: Programming and calibrating injectors after replacement or cleaning to ensure optimal engine performance.
• ABS bleeding: Activating ABS pump and valves to remove air from the brake system after maintenance.
• Battery registration (BRT): Registering a new battery in the vehicle for correct charging control and disabling dashboard warnings.
• Throttle adjustment: Initializing the throttle body after cleaning or replacement to restore correct idle operation.
• Transmission learning function: Learning the transmission for optimal shift points after replacement or reset of the transmission.
• EGR reset: Resetting the exhaust gas recirculation system after cleaning or replacement to ensure correct operation.
• NOx sensor reset: Resetting the NOx sensor after replacement to clear fault codes and restore correct operation.
• AdBlue reset: Resetting the AdBlue system after refilling or maintenance to clear fault codes and ensure system correctness.
• Diesel particulate filter reset: Resetting the diesel particulate filter system after maintenance to clear fault codes and restore correct operation.
• Fuel pump reset: Resetting the fuel pump after replacement to ensure correct fuel supply and system operation.
• Air suspension calibration: Calibrating the air suspension system for correct height settings after replacement or maintenance.
• CVT initialization: Resetting the compensation code and initializing the CVT system after replacing solenoid valves or valve body.
• Crankshaft position sensor learning: Learning the crankshaft position sensor after replacing the sensor, crankshaft, or flywheel to prevent engine malfunctions.
• Key programming / immobilizer: Programming transponder keys for vehicles with chip or immobilizer systems (limited to basic functions).
