This adapter converts the vehicle-specific 3-pin connection to a standard 16-pin OBD2 (J1962) female connector, creating compatibility with modern reading devices. The cable is essential for work on older models and specific versions that are not equipped with a standard OBD2 port.

This adapter allows a direct physical connection between the vehicle's Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and an external diagnostic tool. The internal pin configuration is set up to correctly route communication lines, including the K-Line, to the appropriate pins of the 16-pin connector.
