How does it work in practice?

Activating your Jaltest software extension is a simple process that is largely automatic.

1. Place your order and enter the serial number of your Jaltest reader device in the remarks field in the shopping cart.
2. Check whether your Jaltest Link reader device is registered on the AsTools platform. Without this registration, the update cannot be performed.
3. If your device is not registered with us, you can fill in the Jaltest distributor change form and send it to us. We will then add the device to our platform.
4. After receiving the order and the serial number, the license activation is processed digitally within 24 hours.
5. Start the Jaltest software with an active internet connection to automatically synchronize and activate the license.

For processing the license activation, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required.

The serial number consists of 9 characters and can be found in one of the following locations. Please provide this number in the remarks field during the ordering process.

• Interface: The serial number is listed on the sticker on the back of the Jaltest Link reader device.
• Settings menu: In the Jaltest software, the serial number can be found via the settings or information menu.
• Packaging box: The number is often also on the original packaging of the product.
